Excited to register for my google level 2 educator certification.

And so it begins.  Times up!

 Testing, testing 123.  Because I never stop learning, I am pursuing my level 2 Google for Educators certificate. 

Adding pictures to our blog ...

Today we are adding pictures to our blog. Below is a picture of Noah brushing his teeth two weeks ago in his froggie towel.

Monday night

Monday nights are usually kind of boring. There aren't any good shows on television -- except for one. It's called Project Runway. It's about fashion designers who make clothes for a living. It's a reality show. There are now only four fashion designers. Tonight they narrow it down to one winner, I think. One designer is in trouble because the other contestants think he plaigarized his work and had someone else help him.

Tonight, I also promised myself that I would start running again. So I plan to do that as soon as I get home from school. The weather looks good enough for a run.

First day of Blog

Today is the day that the grade seven's and eight's are gone to Quebec. It is the first day that they are gone. There are only four students here from the two classes. They are Kassandra, Daniel, Nathan and Dylan. We are learning to blog. This morning we went to different classes to start on our work packages too. There was a lot of work left for us and we have a week to complete it.

I am signing off for today. This is my first blog entry!

I forgot to mention that our snow meter which measures snow up to 2 feet (24 inches) is now fully covered. I don't even know how to find that snow meter and dig out. Guess we will find it again in the spring.

My mother is here visiting and babysitting Noah. She can't believe the volume of snow we have received in just a matter of days.

February 3rd, 2007 SNOW SNOW and more SNOW!

Here are four pictures of the snow. These pictures were taken February 3rd, 2007. It is still coming down as we speak. Our plow operator says the township plows are snowed in which explains why the road hasn't been plowed in ours.

Digital Imaging the Snow (trying it again!)

The other day I tried to send some pictures of the snow but there was a problem with Blogger. There was no toolbar up top to attach photos or change the font. So I am sending these kind of late. These are from December 3rd, which was Sunday. The second one is of our snow meter which hit 6 inches or 15 centimeters on Sunday. Today (December 5th) it has hit 12 inches which brings us to about 30 centimeters and the radar shows more snow in the forecast tonight. I save these pics from year to year so we can remember how much snow we had, our first snowfall, etc. The other is of Noah's first sleigh ride down our country road. Looks like it will be a white Christmas after all.
